Smartsheet Access & Change Requests

​Requesting Idea Board Access

The purpose of these tickets is to keep track of:

  • Anyone needing access granted or removed from the SRx Case Management sheets

  • Any columns/fields being added or removed from the SRx Case Management sheets

  • Any user needing an update to their licence type

    • Member (Paid) = Can view/edit sheet data, add comments

    • Contributor = Can view sheet data/add comments

Access Requests Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Navigate to the "Ideas Board" and click the Create button at the top of the page

  2. Fill out each request with these parameters
