Application Support Escalations

For normal requests for support or to open a ticket reach out through the Chat with App Support button in your CRM or within the SQ Help Center. The below options are for escalations only.

To report a Defect, Bug, or Issue for Investigation as a Manager:

  • Navigate to any CRM or the SQ Help Center

  • Select and fill out the "Bug/Issue Investigation Requests" path
