Click Create at the top of the page
Fill in the Fields & Click Create:
Division Needed | (Select the appropriate division)

Description | Provide details on the Request

BPO Review and Labeling
Application Support SQIB Tickets will receive "Application Support" in "Support Team Needed" and will receive a notification when created.
Reference the Application Support Escalation Guide for escalation to CRM specific Team Lead.
