​Requesting Idea Board Access

The purpose of these tickets is to keep track of:

  • Anyone needing access granted or removed from the Case Management sheets

  • Any columns/fields being added or removed from the Case Management sheets

Access Requests Guidelines and Requirements:

  1. Navigate to the "Ideas Board" and click the Create button at the top of the page

  2. Fill out each request with these parameters

Case Management Program Request

Description

  • Board(s) Impacted

    • Pharmacy Requests, Data Entry Requests, etc.

  • Include details of what changes are needed

  • Information for each person being added/removed

    • First and Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Employee ID

  • Any further details
