A specific Skill Group is required to view each individual "Workflow" in the Supervisor Dashboard

IE: "NP Chase Supervisor Dashboard Access" enables the "NP Chase" Workflow

How to Access

If a user is assigned any of the "Dashboard" skill groups, a new option will be presented in the grid icon, found in the top right of the CRM, called "Supervisor Dashboard"

Using Report Filters

Each dropdown that appears when a Workflow is selected is used as a different filter for the data that will be displayed in the Data View or Aggregate View. There are dropdowns that work the same across all different Workflows and some that are specific to each.

The "Run Report" button must be clicked in order to filter accounts as well as anytime account(s) are reassigned via Data and Aggregate View

Common Filters

Workflow - Allows you to select which Workflow is being presented. Options are made available by having a specific skill group assigned.

Active in OPS Queue - Allows you to view accounts that are currently sitting in an OPS queue waiting to be assigned

Active in Workflow List - Allows you to view accounts that are actively in the assigned users Workflow List, ready to be worked.

Facility - Allows you to view accounts for both or one specific facility

- This dropdown is set to -- by default and will display accounts for both Indy and PA

Grouping - Allows you to control the 'swim lanes' of how accounts are displayed while using Aggregate View

Workflow Specific Filters

________ Status - The 'status' filters (IE: DE NP Start Patient Status, New Patient Chase Status, Workflow Research Status) allows you to display accounts only with the selected statuses available in the drop down

- This dropdown is set to -- by default and will display accounts with all available statuses

Assignment Type Filters - The filters for each Assignment Type dropdown (IE: NP Chase, NP PV1, NP DE Start Patient, etc) allows you to display accounts assigned to the selected users from the dropdown.

- this dropdown is set to -- by default and will display all accounts

Data View/ Aggregate View

As options are set in the Report Filters and the "Run Report" button is clicked, accounts matching the selected options will display in the lower half of the screen. The accounts can be displayed using either the Data View or Aggregate View

Data View

Data View will display all of the accounts that meet whatever filters have been set in a spreadsheet type of view. Each account that displays will have various columns of data that can be viewed as needed.

Aggregate View

Aggregate View will display accounts that meet whatever filters have been set similar to the "Card View" found in Smartsheets.

The "Grouping" Report filter dropdown will determine each 'lane' that accounts are displayed in below. In this example, I have selected the "NP DE Start Patient" option which has created an individual 'lane' for each different Data Entry tech and is showing all accounts they are assigned to, the patient name, patient sync date, and the various statuses currently in place on each account.

Re-Assign and Unassign Accounts

The Supervisor Dashboard now has the ability to reassign or unassign each Assignment Type.
