Note:
Each ‘Workflow’ is hidden behind a skill group with the workflow name and “Dashboard” in the title
NP Chase Workflow = NP Chase Supervisor Dashboard Access (skill group)
Workflow Research Workflow = Workflow Research Chase Sup Dashboard Access (skill group)
etc
To Access the Supervisor Dashboard, click the waffle/grid icon in the top right corner of the CRM and select “Supervisor Dashboard”:
In the Supervisor Dashboard, load the appropriate workflow for the accounts needing to be reassigned
Use the available dropdowns to filter down to any specific accounts needing to be reassigned.
Typically just selecting the user being reassigned from will suffice (using the dropdown for the relevant assignment type)
In this example I’m reassigning accounts from one NP Chase to a group of others, so I am selecting their name in the “NP Chaser” dropdown
If needed, multiple users can be selected in this dropdown
Click “Run Report”
As the report finishes, the lower half of the screen will display all of the accounts found by the options selected in the above dropdowns.
To reassign these accounts, select the checkbox in the far left column either one by one or using the “select all” box next to the column titles
Note: The Select All will select literally all of these accounts, not just the ones in view
In the next step, we can only select 1 person to reassign the accounts to, so if the request is to “reassign accounts assigned to Frank to Carl, Harriet, Laura, and Eddie” some math will be required to know the correct number to select
After selecting the accounts to reassign, click the pencil icon in the top right of this view
In this box, simply select the Assignment Type to be reassigned (should only be one available per workflow) and then the name of the user the accounts will be reassigned to.
As you click reassign, the Data view will refresh and you will need to re-run the Report to view the correct accounts!
Repeat process as needed
