How to Adjust Skill Groups for a Single User
2. Next, click the top button on the left side and select "Manage Users"
3. In this view, click the 3 horizontal lines that appear in the right side of the gray header to search or 'filter' for a specific user (Tip: you may need to hover over the gray header for the 3 horizontal lines icon to appear)
4. After clicking the name of the user to be updated, adjust the view of the right hand side to "Skill Groups"
5. In this view, we can either deselect Skill Groups that are currently Assigned or search for Skill Groups in the Unassigned tab to add to the user
(In this example, I've searched "Adherence" to locate the two Adherence Skill Groups and can select whichever is needed)
How to Add/Remove Multiple Users at a time to a Skill Group
In Admin view (as directed above) click the top button on the left side and select "Manage Skill Groups"
Using the 3 horizontal lines that appear in the gray bar, type in part of the skill group name and then click it to open.
3. As you open the skill group, click 'Details' in the top right corner and adjust the view to 'Users'
4. If needed, I can open up each of these individual skill groups and either Assign or Unassign multiple DE techs at a time by searching for their name, checking the box next to them, and hitting save)
5. In the Users view, select either the 'Assigned' or 'Unassigned' tab as needed, search for the user to add/remove the skill group, and then click Save in the lower right corner
(multiple users can be searched/selected at a time but if moving between the assigned/unassigned tabs without saving, changes will be lost)
