Must have the “Admin Permission - Manage Parallel OPs” skill group to be able to access this section in Admin View
Admin view now has a section that can limit how many accounts an individual user, or entire group, can pull from OPS each day. As users are added to a Parallel OPS Group, the group cap will be enforced from Midnight-Midnight each day. If an individual user is given an "Agent Cap" however, that number will be enforced.
How to Access
In order to see the "Manage Parallel OPS" section of Admin View, you must have the "Admin Permission - Manage Parallel OPs" skill group assigned
In Admin View, click on this icon and select either "Parallel OPs Agents" or "Parallel OPs Groups" as needed
How to Add/Remove Users to a Parallel Group
Adding/Removing users from a Parallel OPs Group can be done from either the Parallel OPS Agents page or Parallel OPs Groups page
From Parallel OPs Agent View
Locate the user in the 'Name' column by either scrolling or using the filter to search
2. In the right side of the screen, select either the different group the user needs to be in or select the '--' option to remove them from their current group and click Save
From Parallel OPs Groups View
Locate the group that the user is apart of in the 'Name' column and click to select it
Adjust the right side of the screen from the "Details" view to "Users"
3. Use the "Assigned" tab to search for and select a user(s) and then click "Save" to Remove them from the group
4. Use the "Unassigned" tab to search for and select a user(s) and then click "Save" to Add them to the group
How to adjust individual users Cap without affecting their Parallel Group
If an individual user needs to be given a different cap from what is on their Group, simply adjust the "Agent Cap" as seen in Manage Parallel OPs - Agents
Locate the user in the 'Name' column of Manage Parallel OPs - Agents by either scrolling or using the filter to search
2. In the right side of the screen type the desired Cap number in the "Agent Cap" and click "Save"
As you can see, even though this user is in a group with a cap of 999, their effective cap is now only 12
If the Agent Cap is set to 0, it will totally prevent the user from claiming OPS that day
If the Agent Cap is blank (--) the Group Cap will be applied
