Data Entry setup per Facility
Data Entry setup per Facility
Updated over 11 months ago

As the Data Entry workflows are separated by facility, the updated Data Entry user setup is slightly different depending on which facility they are working at that time.

This flowchart should help in providing a framework for what Skill Groups need to be added/removed for a Data Entry to pull accounts for Indy or PA.

Role should be "Data Entry"

How to Adjust Skill Groups for a Single User

  1. In the top right corner of Selectcare, click the Grid icon and select "Admin View"

2. Next, click the top button on the left side and select "Manage Users"

3. In this view, click the 3 horizontal lines that appear in the right side of the gray header to search or 'filter' for a specific user (Tip: you may need to hover over the gray header for the 3 horizontal lines icon to appear)

4. After clicking the name of the user to be updated, adjust the view of the right hand side to "Skill Groups"

5. In this view, we can either deselect Skill Groups that are currently Assigned or search for Skill Groups in the Unassigned tab to add to the user

(In this example, I've searched "Indy" to locate/select all of the Data Entry Indy Skill Groups to assign)

(Please note: to switch facilities, you must deselect all current Skill Groups associated to one facility AND select all Skill Groups that belong to the other facility)

How to Adjust Multiple Users at a time for each Skill Group

  1. In Admin view (as directed above) click the top button on the left side and select "Manage Skill Groups"

  2. Using the 3 horizontal lines in the left hand column, search for the relevant skill groups for the facility that is needing to be added/removed. In this example I have searched for “Indy” and can now see all of the Data Entry Skill Groups for the Indy Data Entry workflow:

3. If needed, I can open up each of these individual skill groups and either Assign or Unassign multiple DE techs at a time by searching for their name, checking the box next to them, and hitting save

(Please note: to switch facilities, you must deselect all current Skill Groups associated to one facility AND select all Skill Groups that belong to the other facility)

(multiple DE techs can be searched/selected at a time but if moving between the assigned/unassigned tabs without saving, changes will be lost)

TIPS

As each Skill Group shares a common name of "Indy" or "Pittsburgh", it is easiest to simply search for those names in the "Unassigned" section of a specific person to quickly select the needed Skill Groups:
