If you are having issues with Five9 such as bad connection or no audio, one helpful step would be to try restarting your Five9 station.
The first step is going to be to put yourself in "Not Ready" in Five9. This can be done by selecting any of the options between "Break" and "Training" as you see here:
Then what you want to do is scroll to the bottom of the Five9 station and click the "Restart Station" button. Following this it will prompt you to "Click Yes to restart your station." Click "Yes" and you should hear the three connection tones. If you do, that means you have been reconnected:
If your station says it is connected but you don't hear the connection tones, here are a few other steps you might try:
Unplug your headset & if possible find a new usb port to plug back in.
Close chrome & clear cache once you reopen.
Restart your computer & while that is booting up, unplug your internet router for 60 seconds then plug it back in.
