How do I retrieve the Five9 call_id?

Where do you find the call_id and how should you provide it in your request?

You can find the call_id in your Five9 Phonebar under "Call.call_id:", but only while the call is in Progress.

The easiest and cleanest way to provide it in your Intercom chat is as follows:

  1. Copy the "Call.call_id:" label from your Five9 Phonebar and paste it into the chat

  2. Copy the number next to it and paste it after the label in the chat

  3. Click the blue arrow to send
