If you are receiving a message within Five9 "Five9 Requires Additional Component" the issue can typically be fixed by following these steps:
Click on the Windows Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Scroll down until the Five9 folder is visible. Click on it.
Once the Five9 dropdown opens, click on "Five9 Softphone Service" to manually start the service.
Return to SelectCare and refresh the page.
Note: If you can not find the "Five9 Softphone Service" on your machine, please reach out to the Telco (telcoteam@selectquote.com) to get it installed.
