If you are ever in need of a screenshot, windows has a very simple tool for this sole purpose!
First we need to find the application: Snip & Sketch... either click on the link to it on your taskbar:
Or you can search for it if it is not on your taskbar:
Note: Snip & Sketch is different from the Snipping Tool
Now that we are in the Snip & Sketch you will click the "New" button at the upper left hand corner. This will darken the screen and allow you to click and drag a rectangle where you want to get a picture. This will then show up in the Snip & Sketch window and you can either save the picture to your computer or copy it.
If you saved it to your computer, you will need to upload the screenshot using the upload button in the chat. Locate your screenshot on your computer, select open and it will put it in the chat.
If you copied the screenshot, all you need to do is paste it in the chat with us! If your chat looks transparent (on the left) you will need to click on the 'chat' icon to make it filled in (on the right) in order to paste.

Click inside the 'write a reply', right click and select 'paste' to insert the screenshot. Or use the shortcut, 'Ctrl' + 'v'.
