CRM/Pioneer Birthday Mis-match

If a birthday is updated for a patient in Pioneer, the “Update Pioneer Link” button can be used to forcefully update the CRM.

For example, this patients birthday was updated in Pioneer but the CRM is still showing the incorrect date.

To correct this:

  1. Click the “Update Pioneer Link” button in the Additional Info Section

    1. Note: Must have the “Update Pioneer Patient Links” Skill Group to be able to see/use

  2. Search for the Patient and be sure to adjust the birthday to the correct date (date that is now in Pioneer)

3. After searching/selecting the patient, the CRM birthday should be synced up and correct!
