If you are logging into built in Five9 and you get a message but can't acknowledge it to make the window go away, like this:
The quickest way to get the message accepted is to open a new chrome browser tab and type in login.five9.com After logging in you should see the notice on the very next page.
Press acknowledge and close the tab. You can now go back to the CRM and log into Five9 like normal.
