At the top right-hand side of one’s Chrome browser right-click on any extension and select “Manage extensions”, in the following menu there should only be the listed extensions in the visual below, any other extensions are recommended to be removed.
Chrome extensions outside of those in the visual are subject to interfere with your experience in that some will push notifications, pop-ups, change your home page, change your search engine, or otherwise alter the intended functionality of your Chrome browser.
