It is recommended to disable all sound devices aside from one’s headset for the best stability using the Five9 phonebar.
Right-click on the volume control indicator on your main screen and select "Open Sound Settings"
Select "Manage sound devices" and under "Output" click any device that is not your headset and select "Disable"
Under "Input" select any sound device that is not your headset and select "Disable"
