Five9 is a softphone software embedded into SelectCare. The dialer can be found on the right side of SelectCare.

Logging in:

Q: What is my username?

A: Your username will be application specific. Below is a list detailing what your

login will look like for each:

Customer Care Advisor -- first.last@slectquotesenior.com

United Health Care -- first.last@squhc.com

Q: I forgot my password!

A: Navigate to https://login.five9.com/ and

Q: I forgot/lost my Station ID.

A: In gmail search for "Five9 Station ID and Voicemail Setup". This email contains your Station ID.

Q: I received a ‘Softphone station requires additional component' error when

logging onto Five9 inSelectCare

A:

  1. Select Tools & Add-ons

Five9 Tools & Add-ons

3. Under "Installing the Five9 Softphone" click 'follow these steps'

4. Select Chrome extension & install

5. Also Select Windows platform & install

Q: I don't hear the 'beeps' when signing onto Five9 in SelectCare

A:

  1. While logged in to Five9 in SelectCare

  2. Set phone bar status to "not Ready"

3. Click the Restart Station button at the bottom right

Q: I have a Plantronics or Jabra wireless headphone that's not working.

A: If your headset requires additional software, create a Helpdesk Ticket.

Q: My Five9 is corrupted

A: Restart your computer. If that doesn't fix the issue reach out to Helpdesk
