Pioneer User Access is a SOX controlled process.
Due to the SOX expectations all Pioneer user access requests are required to be requested through the email or ServiceDesk portal:

When placing a request utilize the provided template to assure you are providing the required information.
Below is a list of Access changes in scope:
Onboardings
Offboarding
Permission Changes or updates
Role assignment
Password reset
Pioneer Administrators are unable to perform these changes (Cathy Davis, Jacob Mortimer, etc) This will breach SOX if the request is not sent through ServiceDesk.
