Onboardings, offboardings, role changes, access updates, etc

Pioneer User Access is a SOX controlled process.

Due to the SOX expectations all Pioneer user access requests are required to be requested through the email or ServiceDesk portal:

Below is a list of Access changes in scope:

  • Onboardings

  • Offboarding

  • Permission Changes or updates

  • Role assignment

  • Password reset

Pioneer Administrators are unable to perform these changes (Cathy Davis, Jacob Mortimer, etc) This will breach SOX if the request is not sent through ServiceDesk.
