You may be asked to check your IR AD, or Inside Response Active Directory. This will help verify that you are logged in to Scout with the correct access and credentials.
To check your IR AD:
Navigate to the circle with your initials in the top-right of Scout
Click the circle, then click "Logout"
Take note of the username you are asked to verify, logging out fully is not needed
Provide the displayed username back to support
If you do not recognize the username then chances are this is causing issues
Your agent will be able to verify the correct IR AD for you to use
