Returning Company Provided Equipment

SelectQuote has partnered with UPS to streamline and simplify returning equipment. Please have your equipment returned by 14 days after your separation date. There will be no packing or shipping charges incurred to you through this return process.

Standard Equipment Issued to be returned:

Laptop

Docking Station

Headset

To return your equipment:

  1. Locate the nearest participating location by one of these two options:

  2. Please bring your laptop, docking station, and headset to the UPS Store location. UPS will box, pack, and ship the other items at no charge to you. If you have monitors or other equipment not mentioned on the list, they are not required to be returned.

  3. Present the document below to the UPS associate on your phone, and mention that you are a part of the "Corporate Retail Solutions Program for SelectQuote". UPS will request your first initial and last name and may scan some of the equipment; this information will then be provided back to the SelectQuote team. If you wish to track the return, please ask the store associate for a tracking number.

  4. To ensure proper credit for returning your equipment, please include your Employee Identification Number (EID) if you need assistance getting your EID please reach out to us using the chat box. Please write your EID (make sure it's legible) on a separate piece of paper or bring a printed copy of the email you received with your information and instructions for the equipment return and include it in the box.
