Purchasing Courses:

  • Where do I sign up and complete my Continuing Education (CE) courses?

      • § A WebCE account will be set up for the Agent and an email with this information will be sent out 2 months prior to the expiration date.

      • § Your CE due date is 2 weeks before your Resident License is set to expire so that the licensing department can have ample amount of time to submit a renewal application.

      • § You will log in to your account with the login information provided in the email that is sent from the Licensing team.

    • Go to the Course Catalog.

    • Select your resident state (the state you currently hold a resident license in).

    • Select the license type you are renewing.

    • Preview the pre-selected packages and individual courses.

      • § Recommend purchasing a pre-selected package. It contains all the hours and requirements needed to renew your license.

  • What package to purchase?

    • You can select any package that meets the total hour requirements as long as there are no duplicate courses (courses that you have completed during your last renewal period).

    • If every package contains a repetitive course, you can purchase individual courses to supplement the missed credits.

    • You cannot repeat courses that were completed during the last renewal period.

    • If a duplicate course is completed, you will need to complete another course in its place to meet the requirements.

    • Course completed through the same provider that you are using for this renewal period that shares the same name as the course you previously completed.

      • § Ex: If you completed the “Ethics and the Trust Factor” course through WebCE for 2022 and completed the “Ethics and the Trust Factor” course through WebCE in 2020, this will be a duplicate course and not count towards your CE total.
